OMNIFIC partnered with Plan Bee Architecture, (serving as the supporting architecture and structural partner office), to develop the master plan for a 200,000 sqm resort in northern Montenegro. Designed in 2021 for a private international investment company, the project features a 36-room fivestar hotel, 14 chalets, a restaurant, a farm, and a ski resort. Our role focused on architecture concept design and BIM LOD 200.
